Can I cancel my order if it has already been shipped?

If an order has already been shipped, we cannot cancel the order. However, you can still refuse the package and select to have it returned to us for a refund. Once we receive the returned items from the warehouse and confirm they are in good condition, we will refund your order amount (minus the shipping fees). Please note that return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. Thank you for your understanding.
